Art House Chattanooga was born from a prayer—and a promise.
In 2024, I wrote a book called ASK GOD, where I listed 300 things I wanted in my life. One by one, God made them come true. That journey became a living success story—a real-time testament to Matthew 7:7:
“Ask, and it shall be given to you. Seek, and you shall find. Knock, and the door shall be opened unto you.”
Art House Chattanooga is one of those open doors. It’s more than a property—it’s proof that faith and creativity can shape reality.
Art House Chattanooga is a living representation of answered prayers and a safe space for creatives to live, work, and be fully themselves.
It started when two friends—one in need of a place to live, the other in need of space to create—showed me the gap in our local creative community. I realized I had the resources to build something that could help fill that need.
So I transformed a traditional 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit into something entirely new:
1-bedroom living space
Dedicated in-house studio
Gallery in place of the living room
It’s affordable, all-inclusive, and intentionally designed for creatives who want to merge art and lifestyle in one space.
Art House Chattanooga sits on one acre of creative freedom—a colorful environment designed to spark inspiration:
Outdoor firepit for community gatherings
Graffiti wall for expression without limits
Hammock theatre for outdoor movies and creative showcases
Multipurpose room for photoshoots, workouts, or extra studio space
Rent includes water, sewer, electric, Wi-Fi, lawn care, laundry, and access to all shared amenities—so residents can focus entirely on their craft.
Here, creative freedom means full self-expression.
Paint the ceiling. Build something wild. Turn your walls into poetry.
Residents have the freedom to host their own events, transform their space, and express their individuality however they choose.
The block party on November 8th marks the official launch of Art House Chattanooga—a creative kickoff to showcase what’s possible when faith meets art, and intention meets opportunity.
Before Art House expands to other cities, my goal is to deeply root this vision here—to serve Chattanooga’s creative community first.
I believe God is in everything we do as artists. God was the first creator, and in His image, we were made to create.
To provide the community with creative real estate —
One acre of creative freedom.
