Why a Waiver is Required

At Art House Chattanooga, we love creativity, exploration, and bringing people together — but safety is our top priority. This event includes interactive art, live installations, spray paint, tattoos, food trucks, music, and other hands-on activities, some of which involve inherent risks.

To ensure everyone can enjoy the experience safely, all attendees are required to complete a waiver before entering the event. This helps us:

• -Protect guests from potential risks during the event

• -Protect the property and art installations

• -Ensure everyone understands and agrees to the event rules

• -Keep the night fun, safe, and organized for all participants
  
  

No waiver, no entry. It only takes a few minutes to complete online, and it includes your electronic signature, acknowledging that you understand the risks and agree to follow event guidelines.
